As a Staff Analog Design Engineer, you will work closely with expert team members of the A/MS design team, playing a crucial role in designing analog and mixed-signal IPs and chips for our clients. In this position, you will collaborate with clients and manage external partners, such as layout engineers and test engineers, to ensure the successful development and delivery of high-quality products.
Job Responsibilities
Development of A/MS functional blocks and system-level IP in CMOS on the Cadence/Mentor platform
Responsible for all aspects of development, including design, verification, and layout
To lead and manage IP development or design projects
Develop and review specifications and verification plans for analog/mixed-signal building blocks
Qualifications
University Degree or higher in Electronics Engineering (M.Sc. is preferable)
Minimum 6 years of design experience in any given analog discipline
Good knowledge of EDA tools and layout techniques (Cadence or Mentor platforms and Matlab)
Good system design experience
Project management skill is highly preferable
Good command of English language and communication skills
Highly motivated and independent
Good system design experience in either Transceivers, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, or Power Management chips is preferable
Working design knowledge in any of the following blocks is highly preferable: PAs, LNAs, Mixers, ADCs, DACs, Switched-Capacitor Circuits, Analog Filters, DC-DC converters
