As the Principal Analog Design Engineer, you will be a key member of the A/MS design team and responsible for leading and driving the design of analog and mixed-signal IPs and chips for our clients. You will work closely with our clients and manage external partners, such as layout engineers and test engineers, to ensure the successful development and delivery of high-quality products. You will be expected to bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, high ethics, and a passion for innovation to this role.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the design of analog and mixed-signal circuits and system level IPs for our clients’ semiconductor products, including PLLs, data converters, power management, and transceivers
Work with clients to understand product requirements and translate them into circuit-level specifications
Manage external partners, such as layout and test engineers, to ensure the successful integration of analog and digital circuits
Develop and execute verification plans to ensure the robustness and reliability of the designed circuits
Work with clients to support product development and production ramp-up
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design
Deep expertise in one or more areas of analog system design, such as PLLs, data converters, power management, or transceivers
Strong system design skills with experience in designing complex systems
Experience managing external partners, such as layout engineers and test engineers
Experience in project management is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Experience working with clients and managing client relationships
